As she is engaged with the earth and its primal properties, Prism Ring reflects the natural geometric formations that create gemstones. With her wearable art project, Prism Ring incorporates human industrialism with its relationship with natural raw materials. The resulting rings become minimalist statement pieces which evokes a masculinity yet continue to engage in that dialogue with raw materiality of elements from the earth.
