Shipping, insurance and bank charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the sales price unless agreed otherwise. Deposits placed to secure purchases, or for any bespoke wearable art piece, are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for items purchased at Elisabetta Cipriani Gallery. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds for unwanted items, but a credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Items must be returned in perfect condition within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Jewellery Repairs
Reasonable measures should be taken by the buyer to care for their items, including protection against moisture and external chemicals, for example perfume. Items should be stored in their original packaging when not being worn and should never be in contact with other items of jewellery. Should an item need repair as a result of damage or wear and tear, we are happy to evaluate the item and provide a quote for the repair and any shipping costs involved. All repairs are carried out by our expert teams of skilled craftsmen.
