Elisabetta Cipriani Wearable Art will be pleased to exhibit for the first time at Nomad St. Moritz this Febraury from the 23rd to the 26th 2023 at the newly renovated Hotel Grace La Margna.  Our room is 101 and it is located at the first floor.

The gallery is delighted to curate an exhibition of new, outstanding, wearable art projects exclusively made for the gallery by renowned visual artists of the calibre of Ai Weiwei with Rings W & M, Atelier Van Lieshout with The Burghers, Maria Nepomuceno with Vases (Vaso Vida); Giuseppe Penone with Salvia (Sage) ring, Chiharu Shiota withCarrying Memory. The gallery will also exhibit a selection of Giorgio Vigna spectacular works that could be enjoyed with closed eyes.

New works by the artist will include ‘Sassi’(Stones) magnetic brooches, the one of a kind Geodi (Geodes) sculptural necklace, the creatures of the sea ‘Floralia’ earrings and rock like ring Crystalline. Elisabetta Cipriani will showcase the bold, sensual, and feminine wearable sculptures by Sophia Vari, of whom we are very pleased to announce the exclusive representation of her wearable sculptures in the UK.

Together with the gallery visual artists, Elisabetta Cipriani will also be delighted to present works by artist jewellers Joy BC,Giampaolo Babetto, Ute Decker, John Moore, and Gigi Mariani. These artists are part of the gallery EC LAB, a project launched in 2018 with the aim to promote well established jewellery designers who create unique jewellery with strong symbolism and narratives.

Elisabetta Cipriani collaborates with renowned international sculptors and painters to create exclusive wearable sculptures with the use of precious materials. Since 2009 the London-based gallery has exclusively collaborated withthirty-nine contemporary artists including among others, Enrico Castellani, Carlos Cruz-Diez, Rebecca Horn, Ilya &Emilia Kabakov, Jannis Kounellis, Tatsuo Miyajima, Giulio Paolini, Giuseppe Penone, Chiharu Shiota. A selection of the gallery’s collaboration projects can be found in museums and private collections across the world,including Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris; Museum of Art and Design, New York; World Jewellery Museum, Seouland Stedelijk Museum’s-Hertogenbosch, Holland.
